RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

No Cash Buy Back

Aurima Jewellers does not offer cash buy back under any circumstances.

Custom Orders

There will be NO return or exchange on customized orders.

QUALITY CONTROL (QC)

All exchanges or upgrades involving diamond jewellery are subject to internal quality control testing to confirm its value and condition.

The required time for QC verification shall be communicated to the customer.

Exchange Within 15 Days (Local Orders – UAE)

Products may be exchanged within 15 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it (or otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell it as new);
  • The product shows no signs of damage or alteration
  • The original invoice is presented
  • Be in the original packaging with all boxes/seals/covers intact and tags attached
  • Be shipped back within 14 days of receipt.

Only one exchange is permitted per invoice.

Exchange After 15 Days (Local Orders-UAE)

Products exchanged after 15 days will be valued at 70% of the original invoice value after deducting VAT and any discounts applied.

The replacement product must exceed the exchange value. The customer must pay any price difference.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made jewellery
  • Specially ordered products
  • Engraved, resized, or altered items
  • Products purchased during sales or promotional offers
  • Jewellery containing birthstones, semi-precious stones, colour stones, pearls, zircon, or similar materials

If your exchange is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

International Orders

All international orders are final (no returns, refunds, or exchanges)

 

Resizing & Repairs (Local)

Aurima Jewellers offers lifetime maintenance and repair services.

Replacement or addition of diamonds, precious gemstones, or gold shall be charged at prevailing market prices.

For local (UAE) orders, we offer resizing of rings and bracelets. Service costs will be calculated based on the repair requirement and informed to the customer before work begins.

For international orders, all sales are final.
